This Group Learning program meets the certification criteria of the College of Family Physicians of Canada and has been certified by the Office of Continuing Professional Development, Faculty of Medicine, McGill University for up 18.5 Mainpro+ Group Learning credits.

Members of the American Academy of Family Physicians are eligible to receive up to 18.5 prescribed credit hours for attendance at this meeting/event due to a reciprocal agreement with the College of Family Physicians of Canada.

This program meets the accreditation criteria as defined by the Maintenance of Certification program of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada and has been accredited by the Office of Continuing Professional Development, Faculty of Medicine, McGill University for up to 18.5 Section 1 credits/hours.

Through an agreement between the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada and the American Medical Association, physicians may convert Royal College MOC credits to AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Information on the process to convert Royal College MOC credit to AMA credit can be found at www.ama-assn.org/go/internationalcme.

Each physician should claim only credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

NATIONAL SOCIETY OF GENETIC COUNSELORS

The National Society of Genetic Counselors (NSGC) has authorized The Hereditary Breast and Ovarian Cancer Foundation and The Program in Cancer Genetics, McGill University to offer up to 2.2 CEUs or 22.0 Category 1 contact hours for the activity BRCA: From the Personal to the Population, 7th International Symposium on Hereditary Breast and Ovarian Cancer. The American Board of Genetic Counseling (ABGC) will accept CEUs earned at this program for the purposes of genetic counselor certification and recertification.

Please come by the Registration Desk to pick up your NSGC CEU form. You must sign in twice per day, once in the AM and once in the PM, and please remember to stop by the Registration Desk to pay the NSGC fee of $25 USD / $35 CAN.
