Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be in writing.

In-person registration cancellations received:
  • by February 10, 2023: Full refund less an administrative fee of $50.
  • between February 10 and March 10, 2023: 50% will be refunded.
  • after March 10, 2023: No refund.
Converting in-person registration to virtual (Live Streaming):
    Any delegate unable to attend in person may convert their registration to virtual, i.e., apply their registration fee to the virtual registration fee applicable at the time of conversion, and receive a refund for the difference (less an administrative fee of $25). The deadline to convert to the virtual (Live Streaming) registration is April 21, 2023.
Live Streaming registration cancellations received:
  • by March 10, 2023: Full refund less an administrative fee of $50.
  • after March 10, 2023: No refund.
