As was done last year, to provide more current slides in the syllabus and as part of the growing green initiative, no printed syllabus containing slide sets will be handed out at the Symposium. All handout slides will be available electronically prior to the event for downloading and/or printing. Upon arrival at the course, you will receive a folder containing the agenda, faculty bios and list of sponsors.
If you still wish to receive a printed copy(binder), you may purchase one at a cost of $100.
To order your binder, please complete the order form (available here) no later than April 18th.
The Full Symposium registration fees includes access to sessions, continental breakfast each day, buffet lunch (May 11-12), coffee breaks, and the Symposium documentation.

Full refunds, less an administrative fee of $50.00, will be made for written cancellations received by February 21, 2016. After February 21, 2016, only 50% will be refunded, and no refunds will be issued for cancellations received after March 18, 2016.
